At Alastrean, our care home in Aberdeenshire, we had our BBQ to mark the end of summer last weekend.
The residents and some of their family members enjoyed a delicious BBQ lunch. For starters they had a choice of soup or melon, while burgers and sausages with healthy sides of salad, tomato pasta and couscous were served as a main course.
For entertainment, sounds of the 60s and 70s played and everyone enjoyed a September quiz later in the afternoon. A grand time was had by all!
