Antiquary residents Irene, Anne and Margaret, and staff escort Aileen, enjoyed a most memorable afternoon of classical music at Hospitalfield Arts and Culture Centre, Arbroath.

Musicians performed a variety of beautiful arrangements on the violin, cello and harp and everyone in attendance said it was, literally, music to their ears.

Margaret and Aileen said the sound of the harp was mesmerising and made them feel quite emotional.

Everyone agreed it was something completely different, and most enjoyable.

After the performance our ladies enjoyed tea and biscuits and a chat with the organisers before heading home.
