Balhousie Pitlochry is a modern, purpose-built, spacious care home nestled within the tranquil and beautiful Highland Perthshire town of its name.

It was built in order to provide residents with a spacious, relaxing and comfortable environment in which they would feel safe, secure and most importantly, at home. We also have a specialist 11-bed Dementia facility that incorporates many features designed to help residents with Dementia-related conditions. We offer a full range of caring support including residential, nursing, respite and palliative care in addition to specialising in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. Our team is fully trained to meet the specific care needs of each resident and this is at the forefront of all that we do.

  • 50 bedrooms furnished to a high standard, all with large en-suite bathroom facilities
  • 2 ‘quiet rooms’ for residents and visitors.
