This is another mocktail from our Balhousie Clement Park team, this time a delish taste of the Tropics.

  1. Fill glass with crushed ice
  2.  Fill glass 1/4 with pineapple juice, 1/4 with fizzy tropical juice and 1/4 with lemonade
  3. Add a dash of coconut syrup
  4. Fill to top with blue Curacao
  5. Add a slice of lemon to garnish
