This is another mocktail from our Balhousie Clement Park team, this time a delish taste of the Tropics.
- Fill glass with crushed ice
- Fill glass 1/4 with pineapple juice, 1/4 with fizzy tropical juice and 1/4 with lemonade
- Add a dash of coconut syrup
- Fill to top with blue Curacao
- Add a slice of lemon to garnish
