Balhousie Huntly’s chef, Emma, made an extra special meal for residents to enjoy today to mark St Patrick’s Day. Residents enjoyed Irish leek & potato soup, followed by Irish coddle (sausage stew) with colcannon (mashed tattie and cabbage) followed by lime jelly for lunch. Then, this evening they enjoyed a feast of corned beef hash and Irish rarebit, finished off with Bailey’s cheesecake with cream. Delicious!
