The place to be on a Saturday night is Balhousie Clement Park care home, Dundee, for mocktails. Bill was well into his roll as bartender or ‘mixologist’ – appreciating the mixing of drinks, the technique, and the ingredients. Which were wacky and wonderful! From bubblegum syrup to popping candy, combined perfectly into a Sweet Sunburst or a Deep blue Lagoon.
And the taste was pure heaven.
