If there’s proof that age is just a number, it comes in this video of our Balhousie Coupar Angus resident Kathy on a bike.
Kathy is a former member of Dundee’s Heather Bells Cycling Club. At 92, she was given the chance to cycle again thanks to Coupar Angus Cycling Hub…. and did brilliantly.
Kathy had reservations at first. “I’ll fall in a ditch!” she cried. But to took to the trike and was quickly calling her experience “amazing”. She added: “This is a great way to encourage people to get on their bikes.”
