BCG residents are joining hundreds of others across care homes in Perth and Kinross who are taking part in this year’s Go4Gold competition.
A series of fun physical activities, Go4Gold is held each year to highlight the importance of exercise at all ages and show how it contributes to residents’ quality of life.
At Luncarty, Coupar Angus, North Grove and Dalnaglar, residents enjoyed games ranging from football, golf putting, netball and beer pong.
Luncarty’s teams were the Glitter Knitters and the Sweet Teas. After a close heat, the former was crowned the winning team. Results will now go before the regional judges. Good luck, everyone!
