With so many people wearing protective face masks, including all the staff in our care homes, it can be strange and unfamiliar for residents at times to see people’s faces covered. To put residents at ease while wearing their face masks, the team at Balhousie Luncarty have begun wearing special lanyards featuring their smiling faces.
The lanyards have been a great way to reassure residents to help them identify staff more easily. A brilliant and thoughtful idea from our Everyday Heroes at Balhousie Luncarty.
