We’re delighted to be extending our garden visits from one to two people per resident. Visits can take place once a week for up to 30 minutes at a time. As you can appreciate, with the threat of COVID-19 still very real, it is vital that our care home visits take place in the safest and most practical way possible. For us, that means maintaining the strictest infection prevention and control measures. Here’s what you can expect:
* Visits will continue to take place in our gardens, with two visitors per resident;
* Temperature checks, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for visitors and strict rules on bringing in gifts;
* Online bookings through our website.
Communication has been issued to all relatives with links to the booking website and tips for what to expect after some time away from your loved one. If you have any questions in the meantime, please talk to your Home Manager.
