Sometimes its the simplest of acts that can brighten someone’s day. An act of kindness by two everyday heroes at Balhousie Monkbarns lifted the whole team’s spirits. Courtney Strang and Stevie-Lee Hall wrote heart-shaped notes to all their colleagues letting them know what a great job they are doing and they are appreciated every day.
Home manager Sarah-Jane Patterson thanked them both for being so “kind, caring and thoughtful” and for going above and beyond in bringing the team even closer together.
