On Friday, Balhousie Monkbarns had a ‘street party’ to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Victory in Europe – in the home’s cafe! There was music from the 1940s, victory cocktails in Union Jack colours, and lots of tasty treats.
The residents thoroughly enjoyed having a blether and a drink with their friends, new and old. The party poppers and hooters went down well too, causing much hilarity in “wind” jokes!
