Antiquary residents Margaret, Anne, Rose and Gordon spent a lovely afternoon at the drop-in-cafe at St Andrews Church, Arbroath, on Wednesday.

The monthly community event, run by local volunteers, was created to enable senior adults to come together for a cuppa, chat and some fun, games and relaxation.

Margaret, Anne, Rose and Gordon enjoyed tea, coffee and home bakes while chatting to others who had attended the Cafe.

After some great chat and banter the ladies settled down to a few games of bingo while the gents headed off for a game of indoor putting.

Margaret and Rose also enjoyed a relaxing hand massage during the afternoon and all four residents returned home, feeling happy and relaxed, saying they were looking forward to next month’s drop-in-cafe.  Much to their delight, Gordon also returned home with an Easter egg he’d won at the putting, and Margaret, with an Easter egg she’d won at the bingo.
