Balhousie Care Group Eliminates Small Gender Pay Gap

At Balhousie Care Group we are unashamedly pro-diversity and see our submission of Gender Pay Gap data as a moral obligation as well as a legal obligation. Last year we produced the results of our first Gender Pay Gap report showing a Mean Hourly Rate Gap of 1.6% and a Median Hourly Rate Gap of 0%.

We are delighted to announce that we have reduced our Median Hourly Rate Gap to 0%. By eliminating the small Gender Pay Gap we have shown our unwavering commitment to fairness and equality of pay to everyone in our business, regardless of gender.
