We are very proud of our dedicated team members from Balhousie Care Group who took part in a graduation ceremony organised by BNG Training last week. The evenings event saw Care Assistants, Senior Care Assistants, Team Leaders and Home Managers from various Balhousie Care Group homes take to the stage at the historic Caird Hall in Dundee to collect their graduation certificates, having successfully completed Modern Apprenticeships and SVQs in both Health & Social Care and Leadership and Management.
Attending the event in support of our graduates were Balhousie Care Groups People Services Manager Karen Buchan and Jamie Stewart, People Development Coordinator. Jamie was also a guest speaker at the graduation ceremony, where during his speech he talked about Balhousie Care’s commitment to vocational learning opportunities, the importance of career’s in care and the recently launched Balhousie Care Group company values.
Congratulations to those graduating and our team members who are consistently living the Balhousie Care values and demonstrating that they truly are Everyday Hero’s.
