The ladies at the CST (Cognitive stimulation Therapy) session enjoyed being able to get creative, drawing and painting things that mean something to them or just being able to get creative.
Some of the ladies drew pictures of different flowers that they like. Alongside this we had one of our residents, Helen, having a go of the nexus. She was unsure of the magnetic board to start with but by the end she had mastered being able to draw on it. She decided to do an umbrella!
Of course, nothing rounds up a good CST session like a cuppy and biscuits.
