The historic Alastrean House in Tarland is offering a fun-packed day of music, activities, food and gifts at its summer fete.

Held in the spectacular grounds of Balhousie Alastrean care home, the fete is an open invitation to the public to join staff, residents and the local community for the festivities on Saturday, June 15 from 1pm to 4pm.

The afternoon will include gift and craft sellers, face painting, afternoon tea, tarot card reading and a selection of food trucks, including ice cream. There will also be a doggie station (dogs are to be kept on leads.)

Activities coordinator Becks Brice said: “There’s no better location than the stunning Alastrean House for a summer party, and we’re very excited about this year’s line-up. Between live bands and lollipops, kids’ activities and crafts there’s something for all ages and a guaranteed great day out.”
