Helen Chalmers, resident at Balhousie Willowbank celebrates her 104th birthday!
What a wonderful celebration for a wonderful lady. Surrounded by her family, friends and well wishers, Helen celebrated with a party in the care home, including a lovely birthday cake, flowers and beautiful birthday decorations. A special visit to Helen in the home was made by her local council representative David Cheape who came in to with a happy birthday in person.
