The award-winning Balhousie Care Group has appointed Jill Henderson, former Bursar for the High School of Dundee, as its Group Head of Finance.
Jill, who comes with substantial experience in financial management in the third sector and private sector, is also highly experienced in the care sector. She was Financial Controller at Balhousie Care Group from 2008 to 2011.
Other previous roles for Jill include Financial Controller at the High School of Dundee and Company Accountant with Gemini Corrosion Services. A qualified Chartered Accountant, she received her degree in Accountancy from the University of Dundee.
Jill’s appointment follows the recruitment of a number of key people to Balhousie Care Group as it enters a “pivotal next phase”, said Chairman Tony Banks. The group, with care homes across the north, east and central Scotland, recently created the roles of Hospitality Services Manager, Head of Property Services and Brand & Communications Manager.
