A leisurely walk around Keptie Pond in Arbroath was the activity of choice last Friday from residents at Monkbarns care home.
Residents Betsy and John were especially keen to visit the over-sized bench that landmarks Keptie Pond and have their picture taken on it, much to the amusement of their peers Bruce, Iris and John as they watched the trio climb aboard and pose for their photoshoot.
Along with Balhousie team members Shirley, Andrea and Melissa, the group then enjoyed a leisurely stroll around the circumference of the pond, pausing along the way to soak up the atmosphere and tranquil surroundings.
A lovely afternoon was had by the group with residents commenting how nice to be out and about in such peaceful and picturesque surroundings.
