Specialist care facility ASC is holding a recruitment fair to fill vacancies in an ever-growing sector.
The event will take place from 10am to 2pm on Saturday November 16 at Dundee Chamber of Commerce’s offices, 37 City Quay. Among the perks on offer are free transport from Dundee to ASC’s base in Balbeggie, Perthshire.
ASC, part of Balhousie Care Group, is the only residential facility of its kind in Scotland. It is looking for carers and support workers to work with people with learning disabilities, mental health issues and Huntington’s Disease.
Aiming to plug a gap in services UK-wide for people with specialist care needs, ASC has exciting growth plans, said Home Manager Leanne Williamson. “The specialist care sector is growing fast so there has never been a better time to join ASC. That’s why we’ve dedicated a day on November 16th when people can learn more about our services, the job, and the exciting career paths available at ASC and Balhousie Care Group.”
Prospective recruits are asked to bring a C.V. and three forms of ID along to the event, where on-the-spot offers will be made to the right candidates.
