There is still time to have your say…

At Balhousie Care Group, we are always reviewing what we can offer the people that really make the difference, our staff members.  Through our “Together We’re Great” initiative, we made a commitment to our people to include them as much as we possibly can in making decisions that directly impact them.  The time had arrived to review our employee benefits package and rather than a decision being made about what was most important or appropriate to our people, we asked everyone what they actually wanted.  The response rate has so far been fantastic, however we want to hear as much as we possibly can to develop the most appropriate scheme.  There is still time to have your say so if you have not already done so, please submit your response before 19 March 2018.  All entries will be placed into a prize draw!
