Staff and residents at Balhousie North Inch and North Grove care homes have hosted their annual summer fete party to celebrate their links with the local community and to raise money for the residents’ comfort fund.
Staff at the Perth-based care homes organised an array of activities for residents to enjoy along with their families and friends. The care homes also opened their doors to the wider local community, welcoming anyone who wanted to join in the fun.
Activities included a raffle, tombola, cake and candy stalls, arts and crafts stalls and face painting for the children.
Sandra Brennan, Home Manager at Balhousie North Inch and North Grove care homes said:
“This year’s summer fete was a huge success. Everyone who attended, young and old, had a brilliant time participating in the various fundraising activities and enjoying a drink and something to eat.”
