Our energetic residents at North Grove in Perth took on the Captain Tom 100 Exercise Challenge. Organised by schoolgirl Heather Bryson, North Grove, along with hundreds of care homes around the world, took part in armchair exercises last Friday 11th June. Through the event, the home has been raising money which will go to the residents’ comfort fund.
Looks like everyone had great fun. The home would like to thank all their sponsors and a big ‘thank you’ to Shirley and her family who brought in two punnets of juicy strawberries for everyone to enjoy.
