It was ‘chill time’ at Balhousie Clement Park care home, Dundee this week. The Activities Team set up natural ingredient facemasks, foot spa and wonderful soothing hand massages in the Thomson’s Unit. Residents were encouraged to embrace the spa zone, take some ‘me’ time, and get those relaxation vibes going to promote all-round wellness… aaaand relax!
