On Friday the 16th Carol and Graham came to Monkabarns where the residents had a blast from the past singing all their favourite songs on the Karaoke and even had a dance or two. Carol really knows how to work a crowd, she worked her magic with John and Gordon who are usually the quiet ones but not that day! She even got the staff involved at having a sing song to entertain the residents. They especially enjoyed Amy’s rendition of “These Boots Are Made For Walking”, Shirley’s take on “Three Steps To Heaven” and Tracy even plucked up the courage to sing “Sweet Caroline”. I’m not sure who enjoyed the afternoon more the residents, or the staff!
