A group called Small Kindness Hearts have sent some beautiful hand-made hearts for residents at Balhousie Pitlochry to share with loved ones they are unable to see.
The lovely project originally came about for people in hospital due to Coronavirus and weren’t able to see loved ones. The idea is that a pair of matching hearts are created and one goes to the person who is in hospital, or in this case a care home, and the other to their loved one to help them feel closer to each other.
Linda Grant from Small Kindness Heart is gifting 10 pairs of hearts to residents at Pitlochry with the offer to make more for them. The team at Pitlochry are planning to make little parcels for relatives including their hand-made heart.
What a lovely gesture. Thank you Linda, who also runs an art project called Generating Opportunity CIC, and everyone involved with Small Kindness Hearts.
