At our latest art and crafts session, the residents chose to have the theme of Chinese New Year. Our residents that took part in the session were June and Evelyn, they very much enjoyed exploring the different techniques involved in the making of the traditional Chinese arts and crafts. Evelyn made some lovely Chinese themed lanterns and June enjoyed using the Chinese ink and learning how to draw the Chinese characters. Every two weeks our arts & crafts sessions are hosted by qualified art therapist Alison Price. These sessions are extremely interesting and therapeutic for our residents and we are all very much looking forward to our next one.
