What is the biggest thing you learned during the pandemic?

“The many PPE protocols have been a huge learning experience and I’ve learned how to instruct other members of staff how to use PPE in the most correct and efficient way. Wearing a mask at all times has been a big change as well”

David has worked at The Glens for about four years and is a popular and helpful member of the team. When there’s an activity going on, David can’t pass through without having a quick go at darts, bowling, ring toss, exercise, dancing or whatever is on that day.
