We are delighted to announce that we are in advanced discussions about our plans to restore the opportunity to visit your loved one in our care homes. The threat of COVID-19 is still very real to our vulnerable and elderly which means it is vital that the re-opening takes place in the safest and most practical way possible. This will include the strictest infection prevention and control measures, and regular testing.

Among the many new measures we have taken to prepare for the re-establishing of visits are Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for visitors, thermal imaging cameras to detect high temperatures, and staggered visits. This will be a gradual, measured and intentionally cautious process. We cannot risk allowing the undoing of all the benefits of the vital safety controls we’ve put in place since March.

THANK YOU for your support these last few months and we look forward to sharing more details with you in the coming days as we enter the next phase of our ‘new normal’. For more information please contact your Home Manager.
