Pina Colada Mocktail Jug
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup coconut cream
1 cup pineapple juice
Pineapple for garnish
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz it up until smooth
Pour into glasses, garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve immediately.
