Resident John Duff reunited with Bonnie the dog at Alastrean.

Balhousie Alastrean residents have been enjoying cuddles from a very special honorary resident.

Bonnie, the German Shephard, is Operations Support Manager, Lori Fisher’s dog. Formerly the Home Manager at Alastrean, Lori and Bonnie used to be  permanent fixtures at the Aberdeenshire home, from when Bonnie was a puppy until July 2021.

In her new role, Lori has been spending time working at Alastrean since late last year and the residents have been delighted to welcome the duo back after 18 months.

“The residents LOVE visits from animals,” says Lori. “It has been lovely reuniting Bonnie with the residents now that she has grown from a wee puppy.”

Welcome back, Lori and Bonnie!
