Balhousie Dalnaglar care home was proud to back a record-breaking Crieff Highland Gathering at the weekend, one that drew more crowds than ever.

After a two-year hiatus, the gathering was deemed a huge success, with an estimated 6,000 people visiting the Perthshire town.

Balhousie Dalnaglar sponsored one of the gathering’s most popular events, the Highland Dancing competition, where Home Manager Sarah-Louise Neilson handed out prizes.

Resident Jim McKay visited with his family, as did other members of the Balhousie team. A highlight ot the day was a performance by Banda Monumental de Mexico, who have been performing at this year’s Edinburgh Tattoo.

Sarah-Louise said: “Since becoming Home Manager at Balhousie Dalnaglar, I have worked hard to strengthen the home’s links with the local community in and around Crieff. I’m delighted we could back such an important event for the town and hope this is the start of a long-lasting partnership.”

Thank you to the organisers for a terrific day!
