A couple of residents at Balhousie Coupar Angus with a connection to Coupar Angus Junior Football Club were delighted to welcome some of the team who donated a special hamper to the home.
Hamish Watt played for the junior team when he was younger and Jean McNaughton was the treasurer for the club for many years while her husband was the president.
The players all donated small gifts to make up a lovely hamper to bring lots of smiles to the residents during the festive season. Both Hamish and Jean were thrilled to accept the hamper on the home’s behalf and loved taking a trip down memory lane while meeting the footballers.
