Lorna Menzies, our award-winning Home Administrator from Balhousie Coupar Angus, had another reason to celebrate this week as she marked her 65th birthday at the Perthshire home.

A recent recipient of a prestigious Scottish Care Award in the Ancillary and Support Staff category for always going the extra mile for the residents, Lorna is described by Balhousie Coupar Angus Home Manager, Morag Shea as “the glue that holds the place together.”

To celebrate her special day, the birthday girl was treated to beautiful flowers, cake, gifts and from her appreciative colleagues and residents. Lorna was even surprised with a lovely serenade from resident, Liz McKay.

Happy Birthday, Lorna, from everyone at Balhousie Care. We hope you had a wonderful day!
