We offer a community in which service users, family and friends can find the full range of ongoing support and advice they need.
To ensure a smooth transition into a full-time care setting, our highly trained multi-disciplinary team works closely with residents’ families; while our person-centred care approach can embrace therapeutic interventions and deliver a positive outcome that helps individuals maintain their quality of life.
We work closely with each resident and service user’s wider health team, led by their GP and including the Huntington’s specialists within NHS Trusts.
Care plans involve exercise, therapies, social interaction and nutrition.
Working with input from the specialists on current best practice we have therapy rooms in the Unit.
We run regular therapy sessions that help with mobility, clinical needs and associated anxiety or stress, pain, clinical needs.
Regular professional training, delivered in-house using external specialists – including the Huntington’s specialist with NHS Tayside – ensures we constantly offer care of the highest level.

Our family room provides an ideal environment to participate in activities with residents, and their own room is also a private haven where you can spend time together.
