Balhousie Lisden celebrated its summer fete in style – including a visit from Forfar and District Pipe Band.
Residents, relatives and community members spent the afternoon enjoying food, activities and live music, as well as Scottish Highland dancers. Forfar and District Pipe Band opened proceedings, with some traditional Scottish music (see video below).
The nursing home raised an impressive £280 in just two hours for its residents’ comfort fund. Staff say a huge thank you to the local shops of Kirriemuir for their kind donations, and to DV8 for providing the music.
