Like many of us across the UK these last weeks, our residents are getting ready with their preparations for their Jubilee celebrations to mark the Queen’s 70 years on the throne.
At Balhousie Brookfield in Carnoustie, the residents have been cutting and threading their bunting. And at Balhousie North Inch in Perth, residents have had productive afternoons with arts and crafts, getting ready for their party by making their own fancy crowns and commemorative plates.
While at Balhousie Willowbank, they have had numerous visits from the Queen herself! Or is that visits from numerous Queens? Along with a few other VIPs, there was certainly a lot of bowing and curtseying around the Carnoustie care home!
