The kitchen team at Balhousie Moyness have been busy baking festive biscuits for the residents to decorate. After icing and sprinkling, the award for best design went to Margaret (pictured).
Here’s Team Moyness’ Empire Biscuit Recipe:
100g Self Raising Flour
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add flour slowly.
Turn out onto floured surface and roll out.
Cut with shapes.
Put on oven tray with grease proof paper underneath.
Cook for 15 mins at 180oC or Gas Mark 4.
