I have found the staff to be extremely kind, patient, tolerant and they treat my mum with dignity, giving her a lot of reassurance. The staff are very helpful in providing advice and updates on my mum. Staff are always on hand and the home is very clean. Mum seems to enjoy the food and the menus are varied. She participates in activities and enjoys having someone to talk to.
