Residents, families and staff have been getting to know each other better at Balhousie Dalnaglar as they roll out an initiative to help everyone find out something new about each other.
After a ‘What Matters to Me’ tree featuring little bits of information about the residents proved popular, Activities Coordinator, Julie Davies, has created a staff version. Their rainbow wall has been a hit with staff, residents and families commenting on finding out things about the team that they never knew before.
Now, families have asked for their own version, where they can share what matters to them when they visit loved ones at the home.
