Balhousie Monkbarns welcomed Mrs Gilogley’s P1 class from Timmergreens Primary School this week. The pupils were very excited to meet all the residents and, likewise, the residents were thrilled to see the children!
The children performed ‘You Canny Shove Your Granny Off a Bus!” which went down a storm, with the residents joining in. They also recited a poem as well.
The whole class loved exploring the home and meeting everyone and Seaview was a big hit with the budgies joining in with their song which was the cause of much hilarity.
Each of the pupils had also drawn a picture and written a little about what their favourite things were for the residents, who felt very honuored to receive the pictures. We can’t wait to for their visit next month!
