At Balhousie Luncarty, the residents decided to make some shortbread for their afternoon tea. Everybody loves the smell of freshly baked biscuits and that’s exactly what filled the home this Sunday afternoon.

Two residents, Tom and Rena, got stuck in making shortbread with the help of carers Tessa, Lauren and Adam in the lounge. They all enjoyed making the dough and getting sticky fingers, before rolling it out and cutting out shapes. They took their time deciding on what shape cutter to use and they made a good selection of shapes, from stars to dinosaurs.

But of course the best part was sampling the biscuits with a lovely cup of tea.
